COURSE DESCRIPTION 2017 brings changes to federal permits associated with impacts to wetlands and other Waters of the United States. In an effort to update the regulated community on the 2017 Nationwide Permit and Virginia State Program General Permit changes, speakers from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and Virginia Department of Environmental Quality will discuss the new permit programs and related changes associated with Section 404 and 401 of the Clean Water Act, affecting activities in jurisdictional wetlands and Waters of the U.S.
